Laser Cutting

Sheet metal laser metal cutting is ideal for high carbon or abrasion resistant steel. This method produces cleaner finishes in hard metals or metals where shearing might require secondary work.  The new fiber laser cutting technology is a revolutionary factor within the industry.  Stainless steels can be processes close to 5 times faster along with many other materials such as nickel, aluminum, brass and copper.

The use case for laser cutting is broad. We can laser cut almost any design with speed, efficiency and accuracy.

We can laser cut large and special size plates. The CO2 & Fiber Lasers we have available offer competitive performances against older dated technology laser cutting machines in the industry.  This keeps our price competitive along with quality products shippin out the door everyday.

TIG Welding

Tungsten inert gas welding, known as TIG welding, is an arc welding process that uses a tungsten inert gas electrode to produce the weld. Of all pure metals, tungsten has the highest melting temperature, which allows the electrode to survive during welding.

The benefit of TIG welding is precision and versatility. Any required filler metal is added by hand, while shielding gas protects the weld puddle from airborne contaminants. This process can be used with stainless steel, aluminum, magnesium, brass and other materials. There is no spatter or slag.

TIG welding requires highly specialized training to produce strong and aesthetic welds.
