Custom Fabricators serves a large number of industries that require strict adherence to new hygiene standards. Hygiene solutions products include portable wash stations, mobile hygiene solutions, touchless dispensers, dispenser wall and floor mounts and touch-free sinks.

The CDC recommends washing hands with soap and water when possible to reduce the amount of germs and chemicals on hands.

Mobile hand wash stations are great for K-12 schools, medical facilities, food service, catering and university environments. All portable hand wash stations are fabricated from stainless steel to facilitate easy cleaning and corrosion resistance. Flat top or splash guard options are available for added placement flexibility.

For environments requiring additional contact precautions, we offer foot operated hand free models.

Mobile wash stations provide all-in-one clean and gray water containment. The onboard clear water container holds up to 5 gallons of water, while the gray water container holds up to 6 gallons. All components are UL listed and each unit has GFI outlets.

The importance of hand hygiene programs increased significantly since the start of 2020. Hand sanitizer is now commonplace in work, school and home environments. The best way to encourage good hand hygiene is to implement sanitation stations in key areas.

We offer wall mounts, stands, dispensers and stands that enable easy placement in high touch and traffic areas. Our selection of sanitizer mounting options are perfect for any environment.

Well placed mounts and stands can encourage hand hygiene among students and business personnel. Wall mounted units are ideal for tight spaces plus hallways and doorways.

Floor stands are great for meeting rooms, gathering areas, cafeterias and restrooms since they are more obvious and tend to hold larger quantities of sanitizing fluid.

Decrease bacterial and viral transmission with well placed hand sanitizer stands and mounts.

Our 16GA type 300 stainless steel floor stand is ideal for tall pump style dispensers. The 16×16 weighted square base ensures stability even during rigorous use. A small collar holds the dispenser in place on the base plate to prevent accidental knockdowns. Heights between 40-52’ are available.

This floor stand is ideal for high traffic areas, common spaces and cafeterias. It can also be used to hold soap dispensers near mobile wash stations as needed.

Wall mounted dispensers are great near entryways or hallways. Our 14GA stainless steel model comes in a #4 polished satin finish. Holds standard gallon pump bottles of soap or sanitizer.

Hands free sanitizer dispensers are great for any environment, and may encourage additional use. The 36oz bulk fill dispenser is battery operated. For use with gel type sanitizers only.

Powder coated stands are available for mounting the touchless dispensers

Stainless steel sinks are common in laboratory, healthcare, biomedical, clean room and food/beverage industries. Stainless steel sinks offer a low-maintenance option that is heat resistant, easy to clean and will not chip.

Options include:

• High capacity 3 compartment mobile sink with heated water and weld in sink bowls
• Knee activated and pedestal sinks
• Custom options available

The Erlab HALO air purification system offers autonomous HEPA filtration without the need for a HVAC connection. The system filters viruses, chemicals and bacterial pollutants in laboratories and workspaces. Real-time room monitoring is available through the unit’s LED lighting and their eGuard® app.
